This is the most intense aerobics class ever.

Talking Head were my favorite band from the time I was in high school - early 80s. They weren't the best musicians, but they had a wealth of creativity and energy. Their music was a direct attack on popular culture and capitalist values. It was filled with irony and sarcasm. It was intelligent and poetic. This was one of the best concert films ever made. For my money, there is "Woodstock", "The Last Waltz", and "Stop Making Sense". The first is a celebration of humanity, the second is a remembrance of family, and the third is a warning about the future. I recommend everyone watch all three at some point in their lives. Even if you don't like the films, the music is fantastic in all three. The music in Stop Making Sense is, IMO, fantastic.
