It's new to India. There are quite a few factories who quickly started production. But no big brands yet. Though nit known for flooring (except carpets), Welspun is little known name. Armstrong LVT products are also available along with some European products, although not widely distributed.

A good quality SPC flooring is highly resistant to moisture. However, daily too much wetness needs to be avoided... the mop could be little damp but not drentched for prolonged service life. Thank you. - Team OTF

Sir no offense but we have installed uv resistant windows in Villa's in Goa, mfg by fenesta. Please cover that too and the same is being used in high end Apts in Mumbai too

Tiles and marble require cement sand labor cost which also goes 35 to 50 per sq ft extra cost

Sir aisa bhi kuch hota hai kya ... Ki ek box me three vitrified tiles aati hai kajaria ki .. agar one box me two tiles hai to wo vitrified nhi h ...na nhi kajaria ki tiles h???... One shopkeeper was telling us this

@@Anu_1111 It is little funny. A company decides the number of pieces for box considering the size of tile and weight of the box. For same product from same plant, packing would be same. You can check in company’s website in case of any confusion or call up their customer care. If you don't get solution, let us know the name and size of tile along with the brand. We will help you. Nice video dinesh ji, 1. Can you please also talk about Putty also when you make a video on white cement. The cost of white cement and putty is approximately same. So it would be a good information for us to know the applications of putty vs white cement. 2. With respect to OPC Grade 43 vs 53, i shall add a word of caution for our viewers, when we are require M25 or lesser grades of concrete, we do not necessarily need to go for OPC 53 as this produces more micro cracks as well as shrinkage cracks in concrete, OPC 43 would suffice in such cases because we will get the desired strength aforementioned. Also we do not require OPC 53 grade for mortars for brickwork & plaster work in most of the construction scenarios. Also viewers shall make sure, when they are going for the particular manufacturer to buy OPC 43 cement, they simply put a stamp of OPC 43 grade on their cement bag which is actually a OPC 53 grade cement. Right. This 53 supply in 43 bag is a very old marketing practice in the Industry which can be justified due to "Minimum compressive strength" criteria in the BIS.

Agar aap small size ke, non-vitrified ceramic tile use Kar Rahe hain, you may use cement mortar method for wall cladding. But if using large size vitrified tiles (say GVT), plain cement mortar does not do the job. Even for non-vitrified tile, it would be good to use some Additives (polymers). Aap detailed podcast Dekh leejiye related to TYPES OF tile adhesives for clarity. You can also watch this for adding chemical (polymer) Additives. Thank you. - Tram OTF

Yes you can. It's initial setting time is slightly slower than opc 53 grade. In general, for most residential construction applications, PPC is suitable and often preferred due to its durability, workability, and environmental benefits. Thank you. - Team OTF
