How are you connecting the Roland FA to the iPad?? Does it also work as an audio interface?

Can you sequence on the fa 06 like an mpc make multiple sequences one for a verse one for a hook one for a chorus etc.

Could it be that they were no longer able to obtain certain parts for some models, or needed to change suppliers for certain elements of the build, so for the aid of anyone doing internal repairs, they "upgraded" the range and slightly changed the nomenclature? Admittedly, I don't know for certain, but I would imagine it could be the main reason why they didn't increase the spec on some of them.

Hi is there a way to get vocal reverb on the kc 200. If not which model can I get vocal reverb on ?

KC-80 would be great for home use for me.

Probably class d with a switching powersupply, what a big shame, nothing will beat the original with its old school linear power supply and class ab amplifier section....

If using just internal FA sounds the sequencer is fantastic. If wanting to use some external gear (guitars, microphone, ext synths, etc..) plus FA sounds it's best to use a DAW or MPC for sequencing/arranging.

Any reason why the knobs on the FA 08 are controlling the volume on tracks 1-6. Any idea how to turn that off whenever I’m recording my midi track s the knobs I use for cutoff and resonance change the fader volumes in Ableton live.Thanks

I have an MPC which has sounds inside of it. Is there a button or option to use the FA06 to trigger the sounds in the MPC? In short, can I easily use this as a midi controller?

Drum machine? ehh... I thought we were gonna connect to some external hardware

The Korg Kross 2 is cheaper and sounds better and has the same functionality... However the workflow on the Kross is just horrible so therefore the FA is a better choice.

Thanks for this great demonstration! But how did you manage to set up the pads to control your DAW independently from the actual keys? In my case the Pads 1-16 send the MIDI information "C1" to "D#2" to the DAW. For example: When I map Pad 1 to a function in Ableton, this particular function will also be activated when I press the C2 key on the piano. In your case, this doesn't happen since you play the keys on the FA without triggering the mapped functions from the pad, as far as I understand it. How did you manage to do that? Advice would be much appreciated! Thank you so much!
