I looked at the demographic for my viewers and most are 25-55, i think it makes a lot of sense because they have the attention span to sit through a guide LOL Best of luck with the channel brother :D

There's too much algorithm slavery on the video platforms, so when a chill, authentic video like this pops up in my feed, I'm in. Keep it up. I'm 44 and toying with the idea of starting a channel, just waiting for the "about what?" to click.
