We at this time haven't in my opinion seen UK at its best! Uk is at its best is rebounding defensively. So Amari, carr, and Garrison. And getting out on the break. Its those transition plays that will decide how this game goes. If Louisville is getting back and putting uk in the half court . This now is the second challenge for Louisville s defense. How to defend the screen and roll actions with carr and Williams. Do you double? Who do you switch and when? Maybe zone or press? All that uofL will decided on how to attack but if theyre not rebounding defensely or allowing uk to hit too many threes. And uk have shot alot but they haven't been too hot making them. And thats what Louisville must avoid is uk to hit several threes in a row. If the cats are hot from 3 its over. So thats gotta be Louisville s first challenge along with guarding the middle ball screen s and that zoom move uk runs.

Kentucky beat Gonzaga without a PG that’s the heart of their team then lost their backup PG, and had trouble putting Colgate away while playing SF sized wings at the guard slots most of the game. If UK is healthy they’re dangerous.

I think tonight’s 1h was a letdown spot where everyone has their guard down after a massive win, and knowing that Colgate is awful. I wouldn’t read too much into tonight

Should be all good now. As Butler is to return this Saturday, that's what the announcers said on commentary. As Sports_Geeks said, think it was knowing how bad Colgate was and only having 2 wins they just allowed too much to happen. They got up towards 17 points against nothing in the first 7 minutes and got too cocky. Which we saw them turn it up in that 2nd half and actually started making the right plays. Plus first game that we didn't have neither of our point guard. With Butler coming back, I'm sure Jaxon is gonna be relieved.

Pair together elite 3pt shooting and elite coaching, all they need is a solid defense. Right there with you, this team will be DANGEROUS come March

UK is really good, but they can be a little soft on defense and Robinson puts up too many I'll advised 3's. Brea doesn't shoot enough because he can't create his own shot. He needs to be open on picks with a great look at the basket. However, when they make adjustments and tighten up on defense, they can beat anyone. Should have beat Clemson. Duke and Gonzaga are both better than Clemson. We should be 10-0 right now. UK should only get better as the season progresses.

what can we expect from Matt Crocker and the USSF board? Crocker's last "extensive review and world wide search" led to nearly unanimous board approval for Gregg's rehire. this is who they are. unless they pleasantly surprise us we have got to boycott USSF, which includes boycotting USSF sponsors
