Hello Vishal. You are correct & it's a great observation. American culture & style is more casual compared to British / Italian / Parisian styling. Therefor, you'll not see button down shirt under formal suit in other places. Another reason is the jacket build style. If it's a sports coat or a blazer - both being less formal compared to suit jacket will pair well with button down shirt.

But I wanted to know that just like Upper shiny leather can be replaced by cheap leather/ragzine (which automatically torn out ; and the product gets distroyed). Suede leather ka koi cheap alternative thodi hota hai jo torn out hokar product ko hi bekar karde.... 😢 Pelase bataiyae !!!
