Hey curious why they didnt sand it first before cleaning with isoprophyl alcohol? So steps would be: 1. Clean with alcohol 2. Spray Primer 3. Sand it down(which grit) 4. Spray color 5. Top coat Let me know if that steps are incorrect. I will start my diy this week :)
