I was watching this video from my favorite spiritual teacher (Eckhart Tolle) and KZbin recommended me your video. I used to be someone very skeptical with mental health, until I joined the Marines. It literally changed my life and showed me a completely different part of myself. I really think it is so important to spread messages and information like this. Maybe school should start teaching this instead of memorizing formulas or dates. I am no one to judge your work/video. All I can say is that I think what you’re doing is great, in a sense, I feel identified with some of the things you shared. I actually think that this feeling of being lost incredibly showed me that I can be very passionate with this very topic. And in the journey it’s been teaching me very hard lessons. You have started in this journey and maybe one day you’d be able to grow and share this knowledge/experience with a lot of people and introduce them to a different perspective of life.

Putting your life and trust in Jesus is the first step. All others are good but needs to start with Jesus for anything else to make sense.
