Thanks for uploading this! Learned a lot even though its only a minute and a half long. So from what the coach is showing us, people with longer limbs will have a slight S-curve bar path but its fine as long as you arrive at the same hang position. I noticed in the example for the longer limbed lifters, the legs are straighter when you reach above knee, giving me the impression that the legs are not able to provide as much power compared to the shorter limb lifters. What do you think?

Certainly matches my experience as a long legged lifter trying to master this style

What if I have long arms and my power position isn't as high as his shown?

Widen your grip, mine is almost similar to snatch grip. that's chinese technique though, if you see the soviets for example they just pull to mid-thigh and then get under.

Hi, is this camp still available in China? Is it similar to TOROKHTIY's TRAINING CAMP?

Just because you can bounce the bar off of your neck doesn't mean you should.

Back is tight, not tense ... We you find your lower back to lose its shape, then you went to far down
@xxemcathxx10 жыл бұрын
Yeap, you want your legs to feel the weight and it can't do that when your back is so tense
