She singing harmony. Listen to the album version carefully and you can hear a track of Jesse singing the same notes in the same part of the song.

if you have ever been to one of their shows you would know you can't even hear the people talking, just singing, and its one collective sound that's beautiful. These recording devices pick up the minor things that you wouldn't even hear at the show. Don't let small things bother you. A true BrandNew fan wouldn't be the type of person to complain about such small things
