Makita is good, but I can't buy it in my country (Mexico), so I will go for Milwaukee, at least Amazon US can ship it to my home. Makita isn't even selling on Amazon US (this model in particular). It is not the first product of Makita which I can't buy, so when I need some tool I have to choose from what can delivered (and I am not living in a jungle): Bosch, Evolution, DeWalt, etc...

Thank you for sharing your experience! It's great that Amazon US can deliver Milwaukee tools to your doorstep.

The battery door will stay open to accommodate larger batteries, but that doesn't seem necessary. The small battery does the job.

Milwaukee Boots? I wouldn’t be caught dead in those. If you want the best tools and gear, you have to find the best from different brands. Milwaukee makes the best battery powered tools, bar none. There is no way Milwaukee is going to have better boots than a company like Danner. Their laser level? If I remember right the laser sits 2 3/8ths above the surface it’s sitting on. I haven’t used the Milwaukee laser in a while but having a laser sit in 1/8ths instead of 1/2s is obnoxious. They really do a good job with some stuff but other things they just don’t think through.

I've just bought a wall plate to fit in my van so I can hang what pack out I'm not using . You cannot put a packout case and a screw box beside each other so I had to put the case on the wall first then the screw boxes on top . So is that a factory glitch no one tried to fix .

Stumpy in all things considered -i agree and disagree because festoon makes a miter saw that is excessively over PRICED .ALSO,every tool they have is excessively priced and they are NOT A NEW TECHNOLOGY. 3M MAKES A SANDER for $425.00. But it is great and better than festoon BUT FESTOOL IS $300.00 TO $400.00 MORE THAN 3M.. next NEXT SAWSTOP HAS BENEN SUCKING BANK ACCOUNTS DRY FOR OVER 20 YEARS. SURE SAWSTOP IS WORTH BUYING to save a finger or FINGERS . HAVEN’T THEY RECOVERED THEIR DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH COSTS. Sure I’m think like you and appreciate festool and SAWSTOP coming out with great new tools !!!!!! BUT HOW MANY YEARS WILL SAWSTOP BLOCK COMPANIES LIKE. BOSCH USING THEIR OWN TECHNOLOGY. 60 MORE YEARS. SAWSTOP DOESN’T ARE ABOUT US!!!!!!!!!!
