I dont get the double backpack was it like you got unlimited change bag in zombie mode but it has a cooldown? Does it also applies to both zombie mode and ZA mode?

Try to find in on zombie mode functions. Zombie mode double backpack has a cooldown I think 17sec. It useful in all 1,2,3,4 zombie modes.
