We don't know. But there are many other PNP programs for Entrepreneurs in other provinces of Canada: Alberta, Nova Scotia and British Columbia have good ones.

Yes, but that's not necessarily the case for every startup. Some of them hire local sales associates to promote the services/goods of the startup.

Are you seeing any timelines for PR applicants of SUV streams, under Priority processing VC/Angel, where the applicants are receiving their AOR within 5-6 months from the initiation if their PRapplicantion ?? ALSO- For SUV Essentials who already applied for their Closed WP (prior to the change announcement), once they get their 'AOR' For their PR files, can the still reapply for Open WP, even if their L.O.S has been expired (during this waiting period for aor to arrive)??

Under the priority processing, we are seeing AORs coming in fast. Open work permits are obtained under 6 months. For closed work permit holders, I don't think the new OWP rules apply.

Would it be completely wrong to estimate that SUV applicant batches, who have LOS from main designated VCs & are under the "priority processing" and are applying for PR now in 2024, would be able to see their PR decisions being done before end of 2025? I.e. for 2024 priority batches , is there any chance for faster processing to completion of PR within 2025?

For SUV applicants - Is it important to have the Essential member's Closed WP renewed (after it expires) , or can the Essential member choose to return to home country and not renew their Close WP, after their 1st closed WP expires , without it being looked at negativity by ircc ? I.e. does ircc not like it when Essential members don't Renew their WP?

It should not be a problem if the essential worker chooses not to renew WP. Again, the whole picture and thorough analysis is needed. Hypothetical scenarios are not good guidance.

For the co-founders of a Start-up in SUV prog. , if they are not able to generate any real revenue and are not able to create any incoming cash flow, will this become a *major* negative point against them during their PR decision time ? . Especially if the founders had submitted a 'Revenue Projection' , where they claimed that they'd be able to make money ( but then they didn't make any) ?

Banks usually need to see your background, your business's background, how much downpayment you can put in, and the overall cost of the business. I think $150K should be enough for a very small food processing operation. At a minimum, you should be able to put down at least 35% of the total cost, plus have funds for operational costs.

An LMIA-supported work permit is required when you work for a Canadian employer while physically located in Canada. If you are working for a Canadian employer while being outside of Canada, then you don't have to get a work permit.

Please give us a break. Canada has fractured relations with india. How can someone be friends with someone who promotes separatism in ones house?
