DON'T fall for this product. Instructions are sketchy, give demonstrably false information about the product's function, and most importantly, the product's heating function doesn't work AT ALL, which makes this better suited as an expensive rubbish bin than as a towel-warmer. This manufacturer cheated my son, who purchased this product as a Christmas gift. Choose any other manufacturer's towel warmer.

What's richer than a manufacturer of shoddy goods which fleeces its customers in North America from a safe distance? Mine was given to me as a Christmas gift, but came with sketchy instructions (including information that is demonstrably false regarding the product's functions), and the product's heating function doesn't work, which makes this better suited as an expensive rubbish bin than as a towel-warmer. This manufacturer cheated my son, who purchased this product for me. Don't waste your money.
