You have to wet a cloth or a foam to clea it. Don't pour water on it for rinsing sake and don't use dishwasher.

Unfortunately i paused when i saw smoke coming out of the machine searched for the video watched it b4 i continue , but it stopped along the way, i guess it's spoilt now. Do you sell some of the motor please??

Normally it's not spoilt when the motor stops. You have to leave it for some time and use again. On the other question, No we don't sell only the motor.

We sell it for GHS 450. It's advisable you connect directly to the wall socket, except you have an extension that has bigger watts than that of the machine. In the video the extension that was used is 8000w and was far bigger in wattage than the machine, that's why we used that. To be on a safer side (if you don't know the wattage of your extension), then use direct wall plug

It depends. 1. The jar doesn't lock like a normal blender does 2. The black rubber that the jar sits on may not be the original one Contact your vendor to resolve this

The light goes off randomly, and it's normal. It doesn't have to make the pot not heat at all, and it doesn't take long to turn back on. If this is affecting your cooking, then kindly contact your vendor.

There's a black nob on top of the motor that holds the jar to turn. Check to see if the metallic teeth has worn out. If it has then you need to change it.

1.5kva is 1500w. You keep using it on a 6500w blender and you will spoil the engine of the blender motor. If it works for you one day doesn't mean is the ideal thing to do. Saying it's a lie just like that tells me you are very ignorant about these things. Next time you can say "I bet to differ", or "I have a different opinion." That shows you are intellectual.

The model number is right, but that doesn't mean it's original or not. You have to check many things including the sound of the motor

You do not have to remove the rubber. The purpose of the rubber is very important so you my have to contact your vendor to change the rubber for you. If you were in Ghana we would've given you a suitable rubber for free.

The rubber is too big. It could be factory problem or packaging problem. That may not be the suitable one so kindly change it

You are probably overloading it. The stop happens when the motor is overheated. So kindly blend in small quantities and ensure to crash it down like we described in the video

I was confused when I went to the market yesterday and saw two 9000W/4L SilverCrest blenders with different numbers. One is SC-9009, labeled "health breaking wall extraction machine," and the other is SC-08, labeled "professional commercial...". The SC-9009 has a label with the model number and voltage that matches the carton, but the SC-08 doesn't have any label. How can I tell which one is original, and which should I choose?

There are a lot of models in the market. We can't be specific that someone's blender is not original or not. Follow this process to know if the motor is genuine. 1. Do a test run and on the motor for 1 minute continuously 2. Check to see if there's no change in sound. If there's a change then you have to avoid buying it 3. Check if it quickly heated up in that 1 minute. Note: if the vendor will not allow you to do this test, then you probably don't have to trust the blender
