Absolutely valid. These sscos have been excluded from all the pension schemes which have otherwise been made available even for the CAPF forces. When men who retire at 15 yrs of service can be granted pension why not officers who retire after 14 yrs? Officers who retire after 20 yrs are given pension. Do they become old when they retire as the difference is only 6 yrs. are they still not able bodied? It is not a matter of being able bodied or retiring young here its a matter of equality. MPs serving 5 yrs are entitled to life long pension. Is that not biased?

Everyone wants fat sarkari pension in India even if you retire young and can continue to work as normal citizen rest of your life. Short service as concept exist in all armies of the world , but only here we find able bodied men asking for pensions like they are 80 year old

Sir,Baat sahi hai,Kam se kam jo sahid huya,unke Family ka kiya,Maire Papa the CRPF,on Duty wo Ma re gaye.tab mai class 4 ka student tha.Meri maa,dada,nani aur mai,total family pension milta tha 1700 rupees. Ab bolo kiya bolte ho,jis par gujar te hai,unhe pata hai.aur Papa ke naukri 16 years huye the.Isliye Hume full Pension nhi mila.
