You must take off the filter when you are sucking up water but keep it on when sucking up dirt
@rogerhaines65154 күн бұрын
I got off the manual and looked up an answer to your statement. The manual does indicate to take the filter off when vacuuming water. But from experience, I can tell you it did work with the filter in place. Of course, one should always follow the manual.

Amazing how, in all this time, there isn't one single cordless leaf vac out there that's any good. I went back to my corded Toro. Tried the Black & Decker cordless, but it constantly got clogged , I was shutting it off every 5 minutes to clear the chute. My corded vac is annoying around the swimming pool, however, I managed to wrap the cord around some trees so it doesn't drop into the water. I gave up on cordless, now, after seeing your video, I see none of them work that well. When I use my corded Toro, I usually blow the leaves out from under any plantings, and then vacuum up the pile. It's a lot less work.

If you are already invested in the 18volt Ryobi System This little gem is great for cleaning your car. Beats a larger more cumbersome unit and is very light and easy to get into the car. I love mine even though I have a large shop vac I could use , it’s just too inconvenient to move it to the carport just to vacuum the cars

I don't know of a stud finder that will identify water pipe separate from studs. However, an electronic stud finder is a valuable part of stud location, along with a good magnet. I use the stud finder to help me identify suspected studs location, and then check 16" on either side for my first partial verification. If the markers appear to be 16" apart, I then use the magnet to hunt for nails/screws on my stud of choice. If the magnet cannot find any nails/studs, I do not screw into that area. The real benefit of the Ryobi is that it uses AAA batteries, which are leagues better than 9v box batteries. Also, AAAs are a much less expensive battery option.

@@rogerhaines6515 they have ones that can see through the walls so to speak called "walabot" but there are more precise versions such as Franklin ProSensor M210 which has more sensors that provide better visual feedback so you can better tell between a stud and pipe

It's totally true. If I ever found this video sooner, I would not have bought the device. On the label it said center Led will light up RED to indicate detection of AC, but it still goes GREEN same as studs found.

Hi thanks for the video. I bought this compressor after the motor start capacitor failed on my husky brand serviceable compressor. Me being curious i took the cover off this one. The piston and cylinder are a stamped piece of sheet metal which tells me it won't last long but the price is low so i guess it depends on use. I ended up returning mine and fixing my old one because of it. Have a good one

how long will it run on a 4 amp battery?
@rogerhaines65156 ай бұрын
You know I haven’t timed it so I’m not sure. But I did just put a 1 1/2 amp hour battery on it and I am running it currently. I’ll let you know how long that lasts.
@rogerhaines65156 ай бұрын
So right now the amp and a half battery is an hour into it and is still showing two bars. So I’m gonna say it’s gonna run at least an hour and a half. Which would mean the four amp power would run at at least four hours. I do think it ran longer than that and that is with the fan on high, hope that helps you
@rogerhaines65156 ай бұрын
Okay, the fan just died at 1:50 hours. So a 4 amp hour battery would last over 5 hours with the fan on high and mist on low. I run the mist on low because high was just to wet.
