In Australia there is no restrictions on JDM vehicles and it has absolutely exploded in Australia and it isn't performance cars it is people movers yes people movers because most Japanese dealers in Australia stopped selling them only Honda do it we get the Hyundai's and Kias also a couple of Chinese built people movers but the Toyota's 5 people movers are extremely popular and l think they are more popular than the South Korean and Chinese brands and another thing there Toyota People Movers come as a welcab which they have things to help disabled people infact there is a disabled transport company that only use Toyota Noah's Voxys and Estimas in our local area but most of the disabled transport services with the special equipment use Toyota Hiaces exclusively even the Taxis are Toyota Hiaces equipped for the transport of disabled people also there are businesses that will search for particular JDM vehicle for you and they will get for you and of course there is Australia's right hand drive law were today you cannot register a left hand drive vehicle in Australia but you still can own a vehicle that was imported into Australia before the law came in tgere are left hand drive cars driving like 1960s Corvettes and Mustangs maybe some 1960s utes and l have seen for sale JDM vehicles with 10 and 15 kilometres on them for sale
