Here in Pakistan inner tie rods are available in the market but some old shops are still there to rebuild them. Which is definitely not a good option

this repair must be cheap. you can buy a whole front end for 200 bucks wtfand then all that time polishing to take it off with pipe wrench

For what it’s worth just replace the control arm for heaven’s sake . You really must trust your repairs
