Descendent yes, but I think Lilith was no longer related to the brothers after becoming human because, (warning This is long, and some bits might be incorrect) She died during the great celestial war because she gave angelic healing food to the human she loved who was sick, which was apparently illegal (stupid law if you ask me but whatevs) she ended up dying and Dia basically revived her only for -Lucifer's hand in marriage- Lucifer to work alongside him. Of course he agreed, but once she became human/was reborn as a human she pretty much had no reculection of being an angel or related to the brothers at all. So I guess when she died with I'd assume her hubby, she was officially not related to them, thus making MC being blood-related to Lilith but not the brothers.
