I can tell that you speak from experience and have either great arm genetics or have trained your arms for a while. The clothes make it impossible to know about the rest of the muscles, but I assume the same goes for your other body parts. Man, that sentence made me sound as if I’m on “the spectrum.” ANYWAY, this video was succinct, useful, and creative. I wish you future growth in subs and views. -A fellow, mostly undiscovered, KZbinr

I noticed that when I bike, my Zone 2 heart rate is much lower compared to when I’m running. When I run, my Zone 2 is between 140-155 bpm, and I have to run very slowly (7:40 min/km) or even walk to stay in that range. However, when I bike, it’s really hard to reach and maintain that bpm. Everywhere I read, Zone 2 is supposed to be 60-70% of your max HR, but my Garmin set my Zone 2 much higher after the anaerobic test. Which zone should I follow? I feel very comfortable running in what my Garmin indicates as Zone 2 (144-155 bpm), being able to talk and breathe easily, but I’m concerned I might actually be running in Zone 3 without realizing it.
@ioanpv4 ай бұрын
even if you're on the upper threshold of your zone 2, it's still zone 2, so you don't have to worry about it too too much. I would make sure you’re testing with the right equipment and a heart rate strap first and foremost. they are all based on your max heart rate, so as long as that number is set accurately you’re good

Zones can also be calculated based on HR reserve. Has the advantage of scaling the target HR with lower resting HR ("training level").

Thank you for the follow up@@ioanpv . I guess I have another question. Is it possible to get 4BPM or similar comprehensive health tests locally with your doctor or is this something that must be done through the 4BPM website/facilities in Florida?
@ioanpv7 ай бұрын
its possible to get them done closer, we run our testing through access medical and then lifelabs here in canada

Some people see this as spending too much money.. the winners see it as a re-investment in themselves and their business(‘s); great progression, you made this info super easy to understand! Also love the authenticity and personality behind this video 💯
