Why do you do it all in stages like that, rather than one entire fish first ?

I like to take the fillets off the fish & set them flesh side to flesh side all first & then go through and just take the skin off them next so I don’t get any scales on the meat while doing this. That way I can clean down board between & I don’t have to wash the fillets at all before putting them into the fridge. Works well

That's so disturbing. Throw that poor thing back into the ocean. It's tiny! These fisherman are just destroying the ocean, half the edible fish& shell fish population has decreased by 60% the last 15 years...dragging their dam illigal nets across the ocean floor. you probably buy meat from the store wich comes from factory farms who toruture and enslave and imprison the poor animals their whole lives before killing them. hunting is a much more merciful and humane way of eating meat
