The piece you are attempting to remove around 5:30 needs to be tapped out with a hammer and an appropriate sized punch. Tap out from the bottom. Note the depth it was at prior to removing. And have a new plug to replace the old one. That is a bypass tube. Part number FO16993.

Biggest problem with them is.... Where does one get parts for one of these!?

I just watched your video from a couple years ago about how to turn Eco mode off on the ram and I'm pretty sure that just stops it from SHOWING you that it's activated. it doesn't actually deactivate it

I finally got it to work after going to a few shops and they would not help me. Your guide was great. Basically I have a GE 572D676G002-5KH26GJ115 from my old dryer. I was using it for a sander but it dropped and it would not start. Using your instructions, there are 7 connectors. Connected my negative to connector 3 (orange) and then connected my positive to connector 4 (black). Back in business and now I need to setup a starter switch.

Kinda quick on those connections. It seems to me that you do not connect anything to the blue wire. The black on the motor looks brown to me. I will assume that it is black. You connect the white wire (postiive) to black. and the negative to the orange from what I gather.

There’s a little piece of plastic blocking the battery … remove that and the light will work.
