Hii Steve, I found your video very enlightening. I have a similar trunk sadly that are no keys and It is locked tight....LOL what books would you suggest . Is there a way to get in with out destroying the lock and trunk? Is there a book that can help set me in the right direction to opening and making a key for this steamer trunk. thank you for your time in this matter.

I ran into a problem. I wanted to program 2 extra keys for my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a total of 3 keys. When the SSB asked how many keys I wanted to program, I input 2. Then followed the directions on the screen. Only one of the keys would program, after testing. I then tried again, on the key that would not program, this time directing the SSB to program just one, but it would not do it. I am wondering if it is just a defective FOB, or if I did something wrong?

Do you still use this machine? I have a chance to buy one right now that I'll use to stamp the brass nameplates that go on dog collars. I'm a little confused on how you find the right area on the big plate to stamp. I was thinking of buying a metal "nest" that Numberall makes for their machine and using it on this one. I basically have to do the math and figure out where X and Y would be, correct?

I just bought a non stamped 184 in mint condition with everything it originally came with, I like the looks of the 184 better than the 185 although I might purchase a 185 just so I’ll have both. I paid 1100 dollars for my 184 so why not buy a 185 as well.

I own a few products from major but have always avoided using a router on aluminum stile doors so now I’m playing catch-up and investing in some router templates and guides. Getting guides to match up to a router has been my biggest struggle. One router I have doesn’t allow pattern cutting and the other does but you gotta modify the base plate to accept the pattern guide plate. I went with the milescraft kit Model #12250003 from Lowe’s and the brass guide bushing kit from harbor freight. The best router cutter seems to be the single flute cutter from major manufacturing that uses the down flute pattern to push the shavings away from the router and the single flute has enough clearance to reduce chip welding to the cutter.
