They don’t need it. The UV is 6. You can’t tan or burn at all in 6. And it’s only 6 for about 3 hours out of the entire day

Why do commentators think that homeless people are dirty and untalented? There are many reasons people become homeless - mental illness, substance abuse, relationship abuse, aging out of the foster care system, poverty. That doesn't mean that they are not human.

Always makes me terribly san to see this young man homeless. He has so much talent, he is lulling his dog to sleep. He is a very trustworthy person for the dog to get the read sprawl out go to sleep right there with all the people around him. I pray that someone will help him out to get a home, job.
