After looking back the stream, I realize my webcam is like 30 fps. Turns out I adjust the exposure that was a bit high and caused the fps dropped to 30. The next stream it wouldn't happen again.

I see one thing during video with minigun. Developers discorage and punish you, if you use minigun. Why? Look at the score depletion. Also, you loose a huge amount of points for reload, if you have infinite ammo item.
