This is exactly what the predator at work who tried to get me to come sleep at his house tried to use on me. Three days into working with him I casually mentioned I work a weekend job and leave this one Friday night go there and sleep in my car. It was too inconvenient to go home. This dude quickly tells me I can come to his house, he lived in the same city as my other job . Im taken aback. He’s a stranger. He tried to reassure me that he’s a good guy just trying to do his Christian duty. I’m thinking he doesn’t have good boundaries inviting strangers to his home. So of course I didn’t go and within a week had to report him for harassment. Just think if I fell for his sells pitch😬

The counter point is that workers doing the bare minumum are taking responsibility by knowing their own value. Its just not the responsibility corporations and all the people in the c suites want.

Actually a good message, although DO NOT APPLY THIS TO WORK, seriously take responsibility for your personal life, treat work as purely mercenary time, they are borrowing your labor, do not get invested, do "enough" and bounce.

THANK YOU! A job is a place to do the work you are paid to do, not to be a morally good person. Want to be a morally good person that goes above and beyond? Go volunteer.

The visuals are confusing. They don't help exain what your saying because you didn't create them yourself specifically to explain this book, you just got them online. Taking other artists work, even if it's free, is pointless because it isn't a good fit for what YOUR project. A flowchart should flow, not switch between images and styles in this choppy, jagged way. Please consider not making "drawn" flowcharts if you don't actually draw them or hire an artist.

I get kind of tired of “The customer is always right” attitude. The customer is not always right and the good people that perform good customer service work shouldn’t be on that one size fits all policy. If you have your customer service agents back you will have a stronger person representing your business.
@marksanborn3 жыл бұрын
I agree. I believe the customer isn't always right, but they are always the customer. A customer that is abusive, and never happy, is probably a customer you should cut loose. If you take their money, you are obligated to provide service (certainly not "one size fits all", I also agree).
