Thanks Mark for making this video. We hear about you need to create shorts from sermons, but few people tell you what to look for. This video gives me some great principles to keep in mind as I scrub through our church service videos. Here's a couple of questions: Must these posts have an intro and outro graphic? Music behind them? How long should the content be - 30- 45 secs with the remaining 15 secs for the intro and outro?

Just a clarification regarding Media Shout. We have to upgrade our livestream operation since our encoder no longer works. I'm trying to get our small tech team to consider ProPresenter instead of Media Shout. Some of the comments about Media Shout are off: 1. Has a clearly labeled Free 14-day downloadable trial in addition to a guided demo "call" on the main page of website 2. Has midi function 3. Plug-in comment for extra functionalities right on 4. Version upgrades are like a whole OS upgrade and require other tech integrations to write upgrades for interfacing - and it's a BAD lag!

Thank you for sharing your expertise. It appears that our library of hundreds of images and backgrounds causes ProPresenter to boot slowly and perform slowly. Is there a suggested media count for the library? Is there a suggested hard drive storage organization strategy prior to importing?

Hi John, It really just depends on how much content is in your library. I have found that every 6 months cleaning up my library helps keep everything running smoothly. - Stevo
