It's an extendable console table! Folds down to seat 1 person, and out to fit 12!

Everything held up really great when I drove it! Nothing that wasn't supposed to move, did :) . I've (unfortunately) sold the van now, but I'm hoping to make another one soon!

Never seen the fixed bed in the back with the flip-up section before. Pretty clever! The repurposed bed frame is also really cool.

Omg I love love love how you outlined the financial in such great detail... something most investors have no idea how or why to do. Many Landlords think they're pulling in profit from their rent but they're not and investing in Stock market over 30 years would have been easier and better.

6:20 question... after you drill holes in the van... do you have to afterwards coat them with rust prevention stuff like rustoleum ? .

Re vapour barrier... for other people. .. skip it and just make sure the drainage holes at the bottom of the walls on the outside OF VAN ARE NOT PLUGGED UP SO WATER CAN ESCAPE.
