Surprisingly, trying to rest, understanding its importance and benefits, makes me pressured to rest. Makes me wonder if I’m correctly resting. Which in turn isn’t really resting.

Helpful to hear Rupert's take on "autism" and correlating hip-movement!. Kids love to run and climb and jump and splash in puddles. This is normal, gleeful child behavior. Other "normal" behavior might be demonstrated in children who wish to be quiet and keep to themselves. Ironically, industrialized schooling keeps young children "moving" from station to station in the classroom by only going 4-5-6 feet to another "activity." Schools, overall, are designed to shut children's natural expression/creativity down, hence, the "troubled" teen, etc. So glad that Rupert and others see and experience the healing affect of animals, our teachers.

🙏♥️🙏♾️ I just reread my little missive... my personal experience and all the thousands of books I have read.. lead me to write this... I have, recently, passed a new milestone in my personal path to enlightenment... this small writing is still the best I can do... thank you ✌️ ps... thee and me = all of us when I look in your eyes I see myself... we... all of us are... exactly the same... carbon copies of each other, so to speak... one of the ways we are all the same is ==>> we all have a different history... which means specifically.. we will respond to the same stimuli differently... how can it be otherwise? you talk about screaming children.. mine never acted like that, brother... it's not right or wrong... just different... difference is actually good... sameness... not so much... it is the difference in yin and yang... positive and negative... light and dark... that makes this lovely Universe so lovely.. because everything is busy going round and round... up and down... and.. I think... it's a good thing ♾️❤️♾️ 🙏☯️🙏 ❤️✌️❤️

I was a stay at home dad... when my son was born... started back to school and changed careers during the time... my son didn't yell and fuss... personal freedom may have something to do with that, I don't know.. he's acting like that now.. he's 33.. long term very good job.. just got married.. and doesn't talk to us anymore.. we don't even know why... his own history.. and present circumstances... our job was to make sure he can take care of himself and his family... he can... our love remains.. with a helping of sadness on birthdays and holidays... not wrong... just different ✌️

family is good, Geshe Jinpa... glad you found happiness, sir... I think family is the most important thing we have as a society... and our children are the most important resource... sharing is good... sharing other people's stuff, not so much... freedom involves the ability to make choices... taking from others.. to redistribute the wealth is... the use of force and coercion in every country in the World today, sir... government doesn't create new wealth... Prosperity comes when we the people can keep the fruit of our labor... we make beautiful music through mutual cooperation... the use of force and coercion... not so much in the study of economics my computer models clearly show that communism/socialism are not sustainable over the long run unless there's outside resources brought in... welfare warfare states arise... the difference between communism and socialism is... the name... when the benevolent government controls all the resources... including, and especially, information... the results are not long term stability... it's is .. in a hundred or more runs of my computer models... the results are.. stagnation and economic collapse... because, I think, they rely on the use of force and coercion.. we cannot get good results from doing something wrong... the math is simple 1+1+1+1+1=5 1 -1+1-1+1= 1 communism and socialism are more properly called oligarchy it is a zero sum economic system that relies on ... slave labor... people who work for someone else but cannot keep the fruit of their labor are called?... starts with an S and we can dress it up with flags and um pa pa bands... but it is... slavery in no uncertain terms... and that's one of the reasons we are always at war Peace begins when I no longer fear my neighbor... the reverse must also be true Peace and Prosperity are predicated on freedom not free to be like me not free to get a good job free... to do and say anything we can dream up... including... having the resources available for building those dreams... the basics... of course.. food, clothes and shelter... and... especially... education pin.it/5Ep4T4L all the gold colored dust all over the Planet is in layers hundreds of meters deep... it is AuPt and AuPd for the most part... gold platinum alloy and gold palladium alloy... they can replace steel and aluminum... today.. I create them in my laboratory with a zero carbon footprint and they require zero ecological damage to obtain useful amounts... many of my methods come from China and Pakistan.. and Vietnam... the Miaow silver in old Chinese bullion... teals... are usually AuPd... light as aluminum the way I make it... strong as steel... made with a small electric furnace... or a plasma torch... the one I am using cost a little more than a hundred dollars... it takes a few minutes work... for the People of Planet Earth... to build their dreams with a small gift... from my family... to my larger family... my brothers and sisters everywhere this is sharing, sir... because it is freely given... my reward is... happy healthy neighbors... and no hungry children

work gives us dignity... taking care of one's self and family is as natural as it gets... here's something surprising... my business model is based on giving away the fruit of my labor... I have been doing so for most of the past 10 years... I have way way too much stuff, brother... my cup overflows... rice bowl always full... giving is good... we get good results from doing good things... but unless it's freely given... it doesn't count... it becomes a negative one in the math... positive reinforcement brings... duration.. long term continuity negative reinforcement does not ... like science... economics is based on mathematics... it's not magic... it's the way stuff fits together changing the World is relatively easy... stop taking other people's stuff stop.. sending our children to war.. the golden rule is the only one we need to live together peacefully it starts with trust that other people actually are like thee and me they are I checked... more than once then we can lay down our weapons and embrace each other as brothers and sisters... not because we have to because we are

so... you know all those happy healthy Swedes up there in the snow?... that small country gets billions of dollars in foreign aid from the United States... which makes them happy... no doubt... but they don't have the economic base to support the government and its handouts... without taking from someone else... and... no one actually asked us if that's ok... oligarchy... is not freedom... it's exactly the opposite.. my apologies for this difference in opinion... our goals are the same... if you don't know what I know... you make decisions based on what you do know... I was a member of the Mises Institute at Auburn University for a quarter century.. until a fairly recent change of management... free markets... and freedom of choice lead to long term stability and growth... with all the Love in my heart abrazos for you and your family, sir abrazos from me to thee Peace ✌️

I've found it to be much more than just the health benefits. After even just five minutes of relaxing the mind by shutting off external stimuli as much as possible, it's possible to emerge with noticeably improved mental acuity.

Such simple but so powerful concepts: 1)The essence of compassion is to think for others. 2)Self awareness and kindness to self are to build a reserve to sustain being compassionate toward others.

I've learned that when I'm sick, the best way to get well is to medicate and sleep, I'm a person that doesn't require alot of sleep, but as I get older I have found out that I need at least one day a week to just let it rip and get much sleep as my body and mind needs
