i find this management i bit wrong to me, 12 cells are too much, 8 are enough, carrying no syringes is also bad for most scenarios, if you need a quick heal or dont want to waste a medkit for the equivalent of 1 or 2 syringes, having no syringes is bad. About batts, 2 is the minimum with white bag, 4 if possible, with blue or purple 6 are enough for most scenarios, carrying more than 6 is wasting inventory for more ammo, nades or accelerants. Ofc everyone can carry what ever they want.
