@@justkubz I picked up the base form in the catacombs, the 2nd easiest location to get to imo. So now I'm stuck with the last forms being Raugh or behind that Fire Giant. Wish I knew this sooner cause I was wondering why does this non magical sword not allow me to enchant it when its base damage is low? Now I know why, and I found out too late XD

@razonjeffersoncuarto5325 that's awesome, Sushang is such a fun character! I don't know much about Sunday yet, but from what I have seen, Sunday would be the character to plan for. It seems like he'll be very strong for our current characters while also having the ability to buff our future characters, and I think Sunday will have more impact than Sparkle. Bronya or Tingyun would be other good supports to pair with your Sushang in a hyper carry team.

That's a super fair criticism. MoC 11 really plays to Sushang's strengths as a single target dps unit by having two elites in phase 1 followed by one elite and Kafka in phase 2, with all enemies having physical weakness. If I did a showcase of Sushang against MoC 12, side one has a lot more rng in the first phase with the TVs taking your energy, and it wouldn't highlight Sushang's potential as much because HMC and Gallagher would contribute a lot more damage due to more enemies having imaginary and fire weakness. Side two I haven't really tested much, but the two elites in the first phase both lack physical weakness, so it doesn't really highlight her ability to shine like side one of MoC 11. @watchwood for what it's worth, she can comfortably clear side one of MoC 12. I've found it's an average of 4 cycles to clear, which felt a bit underwhelming when compared to her 1 cycle clear of MoC 11, but it is very much possible for this team.

I'm new to HSR and sort of stumbled into super break teams, and now Lingsha and HMC are on every team. Otherwise I just rotate the other two slots to match weaknesses. It's always nice to understand "why" this setup actually works.

@John_II Super break is very strong right now, and in my opinion, it's very beginner friendly because it allows many of our 4 star characters to really shine as damage dealers. Ruan Mei is an important piece of super break because she gives the team additional weakness break efficiency. When you attack you deal a certain amount of toughness damage to the enemies bar, usually 10 toughness damage for a basic attack and 20 for a skill attack, but with Ruan Mei you would do 15 for a basic and 30 for a skill, meaning you can break the enemy faster. But even more than that, our super break damage is calculated based on the amount of toughness damage our attack deals, so we also get increased super break damage. She's a very good character worth pulling for if you get the chance. How are you liking Lingsha? She seems like a menace lol I'm sure having a really great character to keep your team alive will help you progress through the game with no problem!

@@justkubz Thank you! I'll save for Ruan Mei's re-run... whenever that happens to be. Lingsha is completely busted in the low-level and story content I am presently doing. I can pretty much auto-battle anything because I probably won't die - Lingsha out-heals virtually all incoming damage. Her follow-ups heal, her ult heals, and I cannot recommend her enough. I understand from some people that if I had an E6 Gallagher (and I don't even have E0 Gallagher) she's not the best pick, but as someone new to HSR, she was my account-maker/saver. :)

@kostadinpetrov1253 The short answer would be no. Once you get the stone-sheathed sword and you transform it into either the sword of light or dark, there doesn't seem to be any way to change it back to its original form. You could possibly have a friend or another player drop one for you so you don't have to go into new game plus, but that would be the only way to have both on one character in a single playthrough.

I'm disheartened to admit that I only stumbled upon KCD about a month back. Since then, I've been hooked. It took some time, but I've become quite adept at one-on-one sword fights, and I can even manage in a two-against-one scenario. When it's three against one, it's touch and go, and with four or more opponents, I really start to struggle. However, I must say, this game is incredible, and I wish I had discovered it much earlier. Nonetheless, I'm thoroughly enjoying it now.

I started playing KCD in March 2016 since the Kickstarter Beta-access, and doing so more or less continuously ever since... so yes, i'll keep on playing it even in 2024 with ~1500 hours already 🙂. This game is addictive!

I play this on the Switch, and it doesn't get any better. It's usually so bad that both of us are sitting there to see who "Disconnects" first to avoid the "loss". I played a bunch of matches (even some with friends), but only 5 - 6 of them were able to go all the way. Turn 6 is the worst with this for me

@HungryCentipede I don't know, that's an interesting question though lol I don't know much about how servers work, so it would be difficult to say where the problem is actually at and who is responsible. From my experience, on PC I can say the connection between players seems to be much better than on PSN, so it could also be a PlayStation server issue, even though I don't have nearly as many issues when playing other games on PSN. It is somewhat unique in the sense that the game is trying to connect two players together, and so if we say there are 10,000 people playing, it needs to support 5,000 player to player connections, whereas a game with higher player limits (let's say Valorant which is 5v5) it needs to support 1,000 lobbies to support the same 10,000 players, if that makes sense. So it could be a problem of trying to support too many lobbies on the server, and it's just struggling to do so. But at this point, it should definitely have been fixed or at the very least addressed by the developers. Peace and Love Gamer!

It’s dishonest to not obtain items in game organically or dupe strong weapons to power stance in PvP that you can only get on first playthrough. But that’s probably an unpopular opinion

@KingSleaze916 I appreciate you for sharing your viewpoint. On some level, I agree with you, I have to really challenge myself to take my low-level characters through difficult content in order to obtain some of the late game gear I may want to use, and that includes taking low-level characters into the DLC. At the same time, it seems fairly common for players on PC to make a build in a few minutes, giving them exactly the items they want to begin a playthrough with, and that's both convenient for people with limited free time and cool for players who want to use a particular weapon to play through the whole game. It ends up being something that has pros and cons, but I can certainly see both sides of the argument. Hope you found the video helpful, and best of luck out there gamer!

The problem arises when you do that then come taint the PvP matchmaking pool with cheated items. That’s all I’m saying you know?

Yeah i kind of agree. I dont like matching with people who have all items, multiples even, at low levels. At higher levels sure go ham but if they are specifically invading or doing pvp (arena) at lower levels with end game gears then its kind of dishonest. I never knew how bad this is until i made a new character, started doing pvp and seeing a lot of people use dlc items and spells. The damage isnt that bad but it still irks me. I cant believe im seeing the same weapons in my lvl270 character on my lvl30 character.

@xienho I think that's it's kind of tricky though, because if I have a level 1 or a level 30 character that I've been able to take into the DLC, which I personally do, and I want to use some of the new fun weapons that I've found, then I feel like that's okay and acceptable as I had to fight my way into the Shadowlands. But at the same time, someone could just have a friend drop them, and it would be all the same. It's still a low-level character using some end game gear in early game invasions or pvp. It's tough to say what the best action would be to prevent this from occurring, because I think there is some merit to the item drop system in some circumstances, but it clearly has some drawbacks when it comes to pvp interactions. Glad to see this sort of discussion taking place here, really appreciate you gamers for engaging with the video in this way. Peace and Love!

Unfortunately, while I think this game has a lot of potential, I fear that it won't ever be able to realize it. Black ops 6 seems like it'll do a large amount of damage to the playercount the game may not be able to recover from

@TheSparkynuts you may be right about all of that, it hasn't been something I've seen a lot of players getting excited about, and as someone who put it down shortly after playing it, I guess I can understand why. I feel like there's a great game here, and I appreciate what they're doing, but they really need to find a way to draw in more players. If we look at Rainbow Six Seige, the game definitely got more popular over time and still has a large dedicated player base. Maybe something similar could happen with XDefiant if they keep listening to the players and improving what they have to offer, but only time will tell. @CoachDoug100 yeah, it really is unfortunate that they can't improve the servers for a better connection. I haven't tried the mobile version, but I downloaded it from Steam on my laptop and it seems a bit better, so maybe you'll have better luck on other platforms? You can transfer your progress and use the same account across different systems, so at least your favorite decks would be there, but it may not be worth the headache for some gamers

You can somewhat use that knowledge to your advantage because if there's a specific area you don't want to invade, you could just avoid it on your playthrough. Screw invasions, I want to play with my friends in Co Op, Not you. I want to run PvE not ambushed with PvP. playing with a friend is not opting into invasion.

@StreakedSilver well I'm sorry to tell you, but that's actually exactly what it is lol when you invite your friend into your game, you are opting into PvP. You can be mad all you'd like, but I didn't make the game. If you don't like invasions, then don't watch a video about invasions. It's pretty simple. I wish you well gamer.

@StreakedSilver In addition to yes, you did opt in to PvP by summoning, how can you possibly be ambushed by an invader? There can only be one and you always have numbers advantage in co-op. Not only is it indeed your choice to be invaded, but you also have the best odds. It's always 2v1 or 3v1.

As a Souls player from the early Demon's Souls days, I really was suprised at the lack of invasions and summon signs 30 hours in. I had the needed items to kick start the online play but I was to busy exploring random places. I only just found out that I had to use an item to make the summon signs visable and only after I summoned other players, the invasions started happening. I did not mind having to others with me at the time because I was just trying to get through the area, but it gave me the feeling that invasions only happen when I have someone with me and that felt a bit.. unfair. It also made me not want to do invasions in Elden Ring, something I did do alot in the original Dark Souls. I always remembered the host having a slight level advantage but the advantage the host has in Elden Ring is just to much. Part of the charm use to be not knowing when an invasion could happen. It was always there (of course there were some conditions). And being able to send invaders back is just lame. You either play online with all the pro's and cons or you just play offline.

@victorcatorz5731 I completely agree and one of the things I've grown to appreciate more now that I go back and play the earlier games, especially Bloodborne, is that level of uneasiness that an invasion could just occur out of nowhere. It adds to the tension, and even when I was new to the series, it never felt oppressive. It only ever enhanced the experience. With a game as grand and epic as Elden Ring, it would have really added a level of immersion that this land is against the change the player is trying to conduct and is actively sending people to stop you.
