All of Paul Brady songs are hard to understand. Unless you study the lyrics before hand, it's hard to understand what he is saying. He has a great voice, but needs to project it more. All he does is mumble. He is a way overrated musician.

I love this original fully orchestrated version so much compared to the one from "Once", though that is admittedly a great arrangement, too. Thanks for sharing this.

I love this song. written by Paul and Ronan, each have made it their own. I remember not long after it came out they did a duet on television ,I’m pretty certain they were in different studios, maybe different countries. But it was absolutely fantastic,I only ever saw it once, never been able to trace it again.

I watched the movie ONCE first time on a flight to Toronto and i just lost myself in the story, the acting, the cinematography, and, of course, the singing, the lyrics, the music.

I liked the Brooks And Dunn cover well enough, but this kind of mastery that is hard to beat. Brady is such a soulful vocalist that his emotions are almost tangible.
