Hello. Can this work if I already had labels generated using Brother and brother printer? I’d prefer to not have to start over designing labels etc. Does Square sky’s allow for symbols such as a * in the sku? Brother adds them sometimes

This is NOT the room temperature method, which is when both the lye solution and the melted oils are left to cool down to room temperature before combining them. The correct name for the method shown in this video is the HEAT TRANSFER method.

This is the Heat transfer method. Not the room temp method

Thank you! I just made the same comment and then saw yours. I was wondering why a few new soapers in the SoapMakingForum dot com were calling this the "room temp: method since it clearly is not.

Thank you for this information. I have often felt uninformed and winging it when it comes to using TD to impact the color of soap; never knowing what is enough or how to mix the powder thoroughly prior to introducing the mixture to the oils.

A few months ago I began adding water to my TD because it is so much easier. However, I have some glycerin rivers in many bars and I have gone back to mixing it with oil. I have much better results.

I've never tried this method. I will give it a try soon. I had some column pours planned and this might just work to try those techniques. Big soapy thumbs up from another soapy creator :)Jen

Candy Tok I’m so sorry Candy that I havent answered you. You probably have the answer to your question already. TD thickens the batter a bit when you add it but I do not think it hardens the finished soap at all. Thanks so much for viewing and commenting

Kathy Coconut Dreams before you put it to bed for the night, you will need to spray the top of the soap really good with 91% rubbing alcohol
