I agree 100% It took me years to realize this simple thing that no one had told me But I would go back a couple times later on that week at different times of the day and sometimes I would go on the weekday and the weekend So I could see if people were more active in disruptive during weekends or weekdays or both LOL

I always go back at night -- that’ll tell me everything- at day time ppl are work or school etc so blocks can seem quiet less busy ,crowed .. at night I get a feel for the noise the ppl how safe it feels how many ppl just hanging out in cars etc etc etc

I sold my house and moved into and apartment and couldn't be happier. Your house is only an investment if you intend on selling it. Otherwise you have a money pit and rising taxes. The money that I have saved from not having to deal with repairs is way more than when I lived in a house. A house is not always a home.
