I found the term "lapis lazuli" mentioned 17 times in a Buddhist sutra, which of course is said to be spoken by the Buddha. It is the Lotus Sutra, one of the most important teachings of the Buddha on how to become enlightened.. I have an oval piece of lapis lazuli that I place on my pillow when I go to sleep.

Green aventurine is one of the 6 crystals i always carry or at least near me all the time even when sleeping . Green aventurine is a type of quartz (family of clear quartz, rose quartz, citrine, amethyst and smokey quartz). It has a hardness of 7 in the Mohs Harness Scale and is durable even for prolonged duration under water, though like all other quartz it is sensitive to light (especially sunlight) as light will fade its color over time After you receive green aventurine, bury it underground for at least 14 days, then dig it in a full moon before cleansing and using it. It helps it revert back to its natural state and cleanse the strongest negative energies within it. Green aventurine is arguably the best heart healer, it heals trauma, anger, irritability, depression, grudges, and feelings of envy. Before using Rose Quartz (which attracts luck in love), it is preferable to work first with Green Aventurine to heal the heart and make it ready for true love. Green aventurine is also the best crystal when it comes to luck, especially luck in games and gambling. It attracts synchronicity (being in the right place at the right time) and serendipity (favorable luck/favorable outcome) if programmed properly. AMETHYST Amethyst is one of my favorite crystals, and its always near me all the time. It is a birthstone for the month of February and for Pisces, though most other astrological signs can use it. Amethyst is a kind of quartz, turned purple from mineral impurities. It is formed underground for millions of years, and they can be found all over the world but China, Africa, Uruguay, Brazil and Russia have big mines for amethyst. Amethyst has a hardness of around 7 in the Mohs hardness scale. It is safe to water but it's one of the most sensitive crystals to light especially sunlight. When exposed to sunlight, amethyst will fade eventually and will look like milky quartz. Metaphysically, amethyst is used as a healing stone, effective for easing pains. It is an excellent cure for nervousness, being overwhelmed, overthinking, insomnia ,irritability and emotional swings. As a protection amulet, amethyst is one of the best crystal used for travel. It helps you have a safe travel and can prevent jet lag. It also protects you from robbers and thieves during travel, and from negative influences. Amethyst is one of the best stones for warding off nightmares and bringing a calm, deep sleep. It is also used to ward off negative energies. Amethyst is said as the best crystal to transform negative energies into positive energy thats why is is very popular among crystal collectors. Amethyst is also used to cure addictions, especially food addiction. It is also known to enhance wisdom and intuition. Keep an amethyst near you, at all the time. It is said a type of amethyst called "Chevron Amethyst" is more superior compared to ordinary amethyst. Chevron Amethyst is also called dream amethyst or banded amethyst and is quite uncommon compared to other types of amethyst, found only in three countries: Russia, Brazil and India. To activate amethyst, cleanse it first. When you obtain a new amethyst, bury it underground for 7 days and dig it in a full moon. Afterwards cleanse it either by placing it in salt for a few minutes or smudge it with the smoke of white sage, palo santo, frankincense or myrrh. Afterwards charge the amethyst under the full moon at least 4 hours to overnight, but remove it outside by early sunrise. Afterwards program it with pure intentions and blow three times into it. Keep it with you all the time and never allow other people to touch your crystals. Repeat this ritual at least once a month preferably every full moon or new moon. I usually pair amethyst with black tourmaline, black obsidian or rose quartz, just my personal preference.

Outstanding video, Lapis also thought to beupon the High Priests' Breast Plate of Rightousness as one of the 12 gems representing the 12 tribes of Isreal. I use this gem quite often in my jewelry company -Giovanni Gems.
