Link cables were temperamental pieces of crap that often wouldn't stay in the slot securely. We used to get worried it would fall out and we'd lose our Pokémon so we only ever did it if we had the space to put both GBs down on a flat surface.

Yeah because when you take your car to trade it in and they give you 4k then resell it for 15 the next owner is getting a hell of a deal. Definitely don’t buy yourself a brand new vehicle that has a history of extreme reliability and keep it till it dies.

He just means don’t buy brand new, get used. It’s a lot cheaper and you can find one with low miles, the only time you should buy a “new” car with 0 miles is if you buy a limited edition because they don’t drop in price after you get them
@domino7706
@domino7706 5 ай бұрын
True but a new car depreciates by far the most in its first couple years. Let some idiot eat that depreciation and buy it used or even better off lease. Off lease vehicles are typically the best taken care of because they were under warranty for the first lease owner. There is no world where a new car is financially intelligent. Granted that’s is majority my opinion.

I'm stunned to see the amount of comments on here condemning credit and credit cards in general. It shows how poor the financial education is. Credit is leverage IF USED CORRECTLY (that's the key point). Don't use a credit card thinking it's free money or using it to pay for things you can't afford. If you think that's what credit cards are all about then I recommend you to learn more about money and leverage. I genuinely don't been to sound condescending when I say that. Using credit is how people become rich (IF USED CORRECTLY). Let's discuss the average person and how they can use it to their advantage: Firstly, using it sensibly increases your credit score. You'll all know very soon how important that will be not only for mortgages, car loans etc but even landlords are beginning to check credit scores. It shows people 'Are you good with money?' Secondly, you can be rewarded for spending the exact same money as you do now (and no more) with rewards ranging from cashback, to exclusive offers, all the way to airline miles. All by changing HOW you pay for things. Most millionaires and billionaires leverage debt to buy assets that pay their debt. A significant proportion of the Forbes richest 100 people's wealth is made up of real estate leveraged through debt. They use interest only mortgages, rent out their units to cover the cost and to make profit, they also profit from the capital appreciation of the property. Inflation makes these people more money too. Elon Musk uses debt to use as cash to pay for his daily expenses as there is no tax on debt. He leverages his shares in his company. Understanding how this all works can be extremely beneficial and the only way to grow significant wealth. If you're using credit to buy a gucci bag and you're earning a less-than-average salary, then of course don't dig yourself a hole. Credit is like fire: it can burn you, destroy your property and even kill you. However, it also can keep you warm, cook your food, give you light and warn off predators. It's about how you use it. Telling people credit is just something that will burn you, and that's it, is doing a disservice to financially educating people.

If you want to build credit use a credit card to pay for everything you normally buy every month. Then pay it off every month and you don't pay interest.

If you have no credit and own a car, a house and full-time job no one is saying no to you Buying anything or taking a loan. No credit and successful means you buy everything outright and only when you can afford it. Credit cards are for living a lifestyle you can’t afford

What he’s talking about isn’t reality though because a lot of people use credit cards because they don’t have enough money which means 25-35% is going to the banks. My bank account accurs 6.5 APY compared to the 1% cash back lol 😂 just my thoughts

Hallelujah!!! The bible was written over a span of 1500 years by 35 different authors, kings, tax men, murderers and just non educated people but yet the 66 books fit together as harmoniously as the human body. No book contradicts itself and proohecies are fulfilled. No other book has ever come close to having all the cross references confirmed over a span of so many years. That is a mathematical impossibility for it to come together so beautifully and harmoniously. It goes to show that Holy Spirit filled men wrote what God instructed them to write. Follow the word of God and believe in it.

It didn't predict anything. Gay people existed back then too, they just killed them and acted like it was going to be the apocalypse if they "took over". It's like how racists think black people would take over so they enslaved them, killed them, jailed them for life etc

I'm going to try to be kind as a guy who's been a Christian for 30 years I'm so done with Christians today. Have whatever views you want about homosexuality but learn the Bible before referencing it. This passage is about Jews and Pagan idolatry and rituals that included sex acts of all kinds. Also, find a better translation and keep it in context. I'm so tired of tik tok Christians having an ideology and then cutting up Scripture to back up their views. Meanwhile, Conservative Christians have adopted numerous heresies over the last few decades and are more biblically illiterate because they don't study the Bible they simply watch videos like this all day and think they understand it. It's really sad.
