What about sword combat? I don't know of any mods that bring realistic sword combat to the game, but I'm sure there's gotta be atleast one. Also, what about siege weapons such as catapults, battering rams, trebuchets, and others?

God, Ice and Fire is such a good mod, though I wouldn't consider it entirely medieval. The dragons are perfect, though.
