@ yeah Ive been through rougher trails but since I'm usually alone when I head out here I just haven't had the chance. soon though!! only section that looks difficult is the rut just before the switchbacks. I'd def want someone in front incase I start spinning tires in that spot. Otherwise rocks usually have good grip!

haha Well I became a 2x Nv state champ for UPA powerlifting which was cool. Retired or took a hiatus since my last meet in 2019. Best gym lifts (clean though) ended with a 625 squat, 405 bench and a 645 sumo at sub 90kg bodyweight. Maybe someday ill return to compete again but for now my heart just isn't in it.

No. No. Nope. If you don’t have the form, drop down to a lower weight. And close those effing elbows! You don’t want 2 years of building back up to the same weight with better form to teach you……
@the_fractured_mind
@the_fractured_mind 2 жыл бұрын
Three things #1 this is an old video. I can reps these perfectly clean now. #2 you can't just say "close those elbows" for a non powerlifting movement. As long as you are loading the lats property with a good arch, wide elbows aren't a priority. Plenty of world class benchers with flared elbows and a big arch. I have 2x state titles I have no need for your form correction because apparently what i do works. 17 years in the gym and going strong (facepalm) #3 I was having fun goofing off so stop taking it so seriously.

@@the_fractured_mind calm down, Corky. maybe your biomechanics are different. Most people, that will cause massive shoulder issues later on, me included, hence the 2 year build back. I’m not new to the gym either lol
