There were places that were haunted, to be lost there was a problem; people became disoriented; the thing to do was to turn your coat inside out, then you understood where you were and could continue to your destination or to your home without a problem.

The three dimensions were likely known by ancient people who were closer to nature and knew that there are three dimensions: one of ideas: Ideational; plus Astral: Energy; plus Physical; elemental. Three dimensions. In a higher age travel between the dimensions was likely possible. Bring back the language: A country without its language is a country without its soul. Sanskrit, whose alphabet is based on actual sounds (language is a given) is the origin of most Indo European languages. Myths are important; what they symbolize can be picked up from their resonance. Similar to the resonance between Jupiter and Saturn which was responsible for the formation of our galaxy. Resonance is important.

In Ireland there was awareness of the three dimensions: Ideational: Ideas; Astral: Energy; Physical: elements. Now, especially with atheism there is only knowledge of the physical or matter. There is a movement now called: eliminative materialism; the notion that the only thing that exists is matter; a deification of matter and there is also talk of trans humanism;; humans embedded with technology; the latest horror. It is vital that the totality of what it means to be human fights back against these ideologies which are reductive and ultimately stupid. There is the danger of ideologies rising that are false and seek adherents in people who do not know or understand the totality of what it means to be human. In higher ages it was understood that there are fourteen versions of the human in one universal cycle from an uniquely human prototype, not the disinformation of the Darwinian perspective as evolution from another species which is not only wrong but is stupidly wrong. There are definitely other dimensions; lets fight back against the materialists; the reductionists that seek to capture the narrative and wrongly pass disinformation on to newer generations, leaving them without the true knowledge of what it is, and what it means to be human, leaving them in a desert of meaninglessness, which does not contribute to human flourishing. Three of everything: In Chinese philosophy it was understood; nothing happens without three; as in Christianity; the Godhead being triune: Father, Son, Holy Spirit each playing a role in creation and in the human person. This is a great video, so true, and so necessary to be implemented in how we view ourselves realistically today in opposition to reductionism and the false so-called dark enlighteners, such as Darwin and Freud. Language is important; Sanskrit was the origin of Indo-European languages and its alphabet was based on actual sounds. This is in contrast to the linguists today who act informed but are clueless about the origin of language. Another point: A country without its language is a country without its soul.

It is important not to get myth mixed with the actual. If the mythological is reduced to literalism it ends up sounding and being nonsensical. The two realms should be kept separate; the mythical vs the literal or the actual.

Another point the mythical island of Hy-Brasil that was thought to exist off the West coast of Ireland may be in the Astral dimension. It is thought that the aether that separates the dimensions was more porous in other ages and it was possible and easier to travel between dimensions so maybe Hy-Brazil is not in this physical dimension but in the Astral dimension and it could be still there.

It's probably the eruption of repressed celtic roots. Irish speaking is springing up everywhere. The land is calling us to speak the true language of the land.

Wow. I've watched this several times now and am trying still to wrap my mind around it. I can't seem to think this deeply. I've taken notes. That helps a little. The odds of Brennan and Roberts rediscovering the alignments and us seeing all of it here right now is almost unbelieveable. I feel special. I'm only 44% Irish and I can feel it. Thank you so much, Anthony!!

The geasa on Fergus to accept any invitation kept him from helping the Sons of Uisneach (Naoise) from King Conchobhar in the story of the sorrows of Deirdre, when Conchobhar made a ruse to have Fergus invited to i believe Cuchulainn’s dún , so he had to accept, even though he didn’t want to. Also the geas or geis that Deirdre put on Naoise to take her away, or likewise, Gráinne put on Diarmuid, made it so those men had to take the women away with them, even against their will, lest they lose their honour.

There might be ancient Iron Age artefacts and what may be primitive bowls embedded in the floor of this main chamber … get some expert archaeologists in to have a look at this … and excavate in a professional manner.👍 Well researched … nice find.👏

Yes indeed. I've come a long way since then! I now have about a dozen manual typewriters and five Selectrics, plus a few Brother electronics. I estimate that I have written about half a million words since I made this video! These days the Imperial 66 is my favourite manual machine, while my green Selectric III is getting plenty of action too!

@@mythicalireland oh my, 5 Selectrics. You are a Selectric heavy hitter! I am still at around 50 typewriters or so, with a dream that I should eventually re-home some of these. For now I enjoy them, as it seems you surely do too.

There is little doubt that this is actually a calendar. Each of the 'rays' represents one of 16 months of 23 or 22 days. Starting top right the extra marks between the first and second, fourth and fifth, fifth and sixth are days to be skipped. This gives (16 x 23) - 3 = 365. The second of the three extra marks is a different shape. It is suggested that this was skipped every 4 years to allow for leap years. The people who built Knowth, Newgrange and Loughcrew were well aware of equinoxes, solstices and quarter days so dividing the year into 16 would have been natural for them.
