Hi, please tell me how I can turn up the volume in my Serato recordings. I just recorded 105 minutes of songs, only to find out the volume was way too low when playing back on a Sony speaker box for a party. Very disappointing, and good thing I at least had the same unmixed list of songs on my iPhone that I played through Apple Music. I tried playing the mix through an aiff file on my iCloud from my phone.

Any suggestions on where to get buy music from so I can record. Since you can’t use streaming services how do you get music on your PC?

It's not letting me record. The track is armed but nothing is happening the region won't even turn red.

Is it possible on the FLX4 to have the sampler pads programed to trigger the audio in the banks? From my research its apparently impossible for some reason ? 😩I do need 1-4 pads for STEMS, but is it at all possible to set up the audio samples to the bottom row on the pads ?

Does anyone have any experience with surfing the Tidal catalog live? For example if you're in a position where you take requests, and you need to search tidal for it on the spot, have any of you had a bad experience with that in way of performance? (i.e. serato crashing, ruining the audio quality of a currently playing song, etc). Thanks!

When I started djing almost 22 years ago, my grandpa let me turn our guest room into my “little studio room”. I would practice for 4-8+ hours a day. One day, I wrapped up around 2am and went to my room (which was next to his) and I hear him, “why’d you stop?” I said, “grandpa! I’m sorry I didn’t mean to wake you.” He goes, “you didn’t. You sounded so good I couldn’t sleep. Why’d you stop?” I told him because I was trying to be respectful since it was late even though I did have it relatively low ( but my studio room was next to his). Anyway, I was tired and woke the next morning and hit it again. He was my best friend. He encouraged me and I love Kent had gratitude for his grandma. May Kent, my grandpa and all supporters of us who dare to start our journeys, rest in power and great comfort. ❤

So your Serato DJ PRO software that comes unlocked with $$$ DJ Hardware can only do BASIC FX functions. And that's an improvement?? 😂 Want a more usuful view on your laptop screen, pay $$. Want FX functions that should be standard in any PRO software, pay $$$ 💃 Why pay double the amount Djay Pro charges and get ZERO extra functionality and way worse Stem Quality ... Paying €350+ extra on top of a €750+ Hardware Controller to have functionality that should be standard in any PRO DJ software is a joke, a bad joke, nonsense. That's it. PERIOD.

great video, My son is starting to make music with his college friends using free version on some cereal sounding software. I've been trying for years to get him into making music. All it took was watching The American Saga, on HULU. now he's hooked. I'm getting him Serato Studio for Christmas, what would be a good midi controller to pair with Searto Studio. I just sent him my old Machine Mikro 2 to play with the cereal software. But I was thinking of getting a used Akai MPC Studio Black or Maschine MK2. I saw you using a MPD 226. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
