Can it measure low frequencies in Hz through the clamp, as in an VFD output. (10 to 100 hz for eg.)

Greetings I tell you My name is Rodolfo Carrión, I am from San José, Costa Rica, Central America I am trying to purchase 2 instruments from HIOKI USA and they tell me that they cannot sell me the models that end in "90" which are the ones that already come with the Z-3210 Why can't they sell it to me? what is the problem? what is the restriction? Do you sell everyone what you want and not what the customer needs? If you have a representative for Latin America, why are there restrictions on the instruments you sell? very disappointed in HIOKI......

There are two things that Hioki should consider to improve their offer of industrial grade multimeters. (I am referring specifically to the DT4256 and the DT4281). 1) The meter is drop-proof to 1m on concrete. Consider offering the magnetic strap with the meter, not as an accessory (The DT4256 meter retails on Amazon for $176. The strap retails for $50 - $70. Really? the strap is at least 28% of the value of the instrument? Its a magnet enclosed in plastic with a piece of cloth for goodness sake!!! ). 2) IP 54?? Things happen in the work place!!! Field work conditions are sometimes very demanding. Please consider making this great instrument greater with an IP67 rating! You have the speed and the features. Why handicap a potential market leader because of a lack of ruggedness? That said, the meter is a great buy.
