Just came back...fox..buffet you need a portable AC...buffet no AC..its a sauna..trust me..starfish jibacoa buffet men's toilet CLOSE...BROKEN...i complain NO result...Remember if there is no AC in a buffet...FOOD CONTAMINATION...i was contaminated thanks god i have a good immune system...if you get sick..DOCTOR 24H but 0 medications...PUBLIC RELATION LADY IS A JOKE...

Just came back...DISASTER...Pizza Pizza is much better...Buffet AC broke..its a SAUNA...food-coverde with plastic (flies) flies...and flies...remember AC broken in the buffet. since last year...in buffet men'toilets close BROKE..i complain NO RESULT..they avoid you...but they want your money...be careful with expression.. MI AMOR..MI AMOR..MI AMOR...if you are a single man..i went for the beach&tranquillity the rest DISASTER...powder milk..no real juice...

I walked over in 2019..zero impressed. I was at memories jibacoa. A guest in 2019 said he was miserable there...pork all week. Do not recommend.

I feel sorry for people booking Cuba vacations, They see the pictures online and think that is what they are getting and then they get to the resort and realization creeps in.

Really good job showing the food in the video and you didn't rush it. Seems like a great spot to relax. Didnt seem to be that many people, 1/3 full? How is the breakfast, did they have real eggs and any bacon? Thanks again!

Hello. Well I must say you did a superb job showcasing Starfish, nee, villa Tropico. We are going tomorrow for our sixth visit since 2014. We’re excited to see the new reno,s. We were there last year, and they already had a lot of work done since before COVID. However your video revealed a few more. Anyway, thanks for the video.

I was there many years ago. All right and ok - really good price. Everything worked in the room. Problem: the (bus) connection to Havanna (and back), especially at night. So instead of 2 taxis one can take a Hotel or casa particular en Havanna. BUT: in Havanna they have no good playas

How easy or how difficult is it to move from there to other points such as the Airport, Old Havana or Varadero ?. Can you comment on transportation costs, schedules, your suggestions ?. I will be at the "Villa Bacuranao" next month. Thank you
