Until then just cover everything with cardboard and within a week everything will be dead so pull what you can and then cover it with cardboard the cardboard will prevent grass from growing and or coming back because you pulled it and prepare your ground for whatever you're preparing to do but cardboard is the best or plywood anything to cover it to kill it

@@marciahyde1539 thank you so much! We are always giving away so much too! I always wanted to have a small community of people who actually want to help each other and live by the old ways in ALOT of ways. My husband and I do everything ourselves and it gets to be a lot. Definitely worth it tho! 💚💜🩵

@@DeidreFleuchar aww thank you so much! We love them for sure. Treat them more like pets than livestock but that's just my way with any animals. Done ALOT of rehab on some of them and rebuilt the coop at least 4 times trying to get it right 😅 so I appreciate the compliment for sure! 🩵🥰🩵

@squ33dl3 my son and his wife grow blueberries and raspberries and, veggies in an old aluminum canoe ! They divided the berry bushes in half once they rooted well and they got double the harvest from each one. I asked my husband to put raised planting boxes on our deck since my walker doesn't move well in our lawn. Still waiting ✋️ 😪 😕 🙃

We are still having a bit of issues with our blueberries but we figured out the soil requirements now so by next harvest (which I think is around August) we should have our first crop of blueberries!! I was raised for half my life in Maine so I am a huge fan of homegrown blueberries 🩵

@marciahyde1539 the raspberries were a gift, they gave us a housewarming of 4 different variety starters. The golden raspberries and blueberries we got from an online nursery, won't be doing that again tho cuz we have found that plants/trees do much better when they are already acclimated to our weird climate here in Northern California. 😅
