Very helpful video However, i have one question:- Overseas Prime 2 Sector C, 10 Marla, street 7 & 8. There are two plots. Plot 1 and Plot 54. These are corner plots on two sides and park facing. But there looks like a water body next to the plot. What is your advice and opinion on these two plots. Thank you for taking the time to read and i shall look forward to your reply. Kind regards

Rizwan bhai. Let’s be honest. I am working in SME in London. 80% overseas Pakistanis they are going on holidays in other countries then going to Pakistan. Now these investors are investing in UAE 🇦🇪 Qater and other European countries then Pakistan. 1st we leaned that over so called leaders and other big fishes investing there in out of Pakistan because they don’t fell safe in Pakistan so why overseas will invest in Pakistan because we face so many challenges in Pakistan. I won’t ever invest again in country I love most because lessons we learned there. Allah PAk bless Pakistan and my Pakistanis brothers.

Dear overseas Pakistani. Don't invest your hard earned money in capital smart city. It have nothing to do with capital of islamabad. It's no men land. There is no factory job facility. Its just huge scam. Buy or invest only onground DHA, Behriatown. Your money will b save. Buy just small if you can't effort big plot or home and upgrade this year over year. But don't invest in marketing promises.

very informative video. Excellent job as always by our own Rizwan Cheema sahb. One important point that I would like to mention here. After speaking with Rizwan today, he mentioned that sector A, B and C are not open for public balloting. This is extremely unfortunate and unfair deal by the society. We overseas clients have already lost a lot after investing in this society and now with this mindset to deprive all of us from the prime locations is extremely unfair and I believe will further demoralise and demotivate overseas investors. In any case, we will get over this temporary loss but in future no one will invest in any other big names.
