Booked this hotel in May 2024 and it was nothing like the photos they advertised. It was so disgusting we left straight away And when we asked for a refund we were lied to by the manager. How much was this woman paid ti give a false review?

Off on a business jaunt from Manchester, I tried their service on a colleague’s say-so. What a find! Their website was as straightforward as it gets, and the rates were more than fair. Do not support this company! I was sold a free cancellation product. At no point was I made aware the refund would be vouchers for Holiday Extras (that expire). And that I would be effectively charged a £10 cancellation fee for requesting a cash refund. I'm raising this with the ombudsman as this is clearly deception. This is a great, really inventive advert. If you were to launch a cleaning product called hassle away, for real, I'd definitely buy a bottle. The only thing that's not good in the advert is the use of, what sound like, a telephone bell in the music. I have to get up and check the phone's not ringing in the next room LOL.

At Luton Airport, I decided to try this new parking service and was pleasantly surprised. The booking process was simple, and the prices were competitive. The location was convenient, and the shuttle service efficient. Returning to my car in perfect condition was reassuring. For top-notch parking at Luton, EzyBook is a solid choice.

Stayed in this hotel and despite PAYING for the £25 for parking, 8 months later they are still sending me letters threatening letters because I have not paid a fine they sent me of £170! I just cannot believe the painful ordeal I have had with SO many unanswered emails, messages on their website, phonecalls where I was PROMISED time and time again ( that it would resolved, emails promising it would be resolved- ALL FOR IT TO BE MASSIVE AND REPEATED LIES- at one stage I was told not to worry about it only to receive a legal action threat- all because this DISGRACE of a hotel think it's ok to give people parking fines for parking at their hotel, even when they have already paid for it! The level of customer service is absolutely embarrassing too, so incompetent and the money grabbing mercenaries that they are charge extortionate amounts to call them too which has sent my phone bill soaring in recent months. I would highly, highly recommend people to NEVER stay in this hotel as I have had to suffer for over 8 months now in fear of legal action for the crime of PAYING for parking. WORST RUN AND MOST CORRUPT HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT!!!
