I love how this recipe minimizes waste by scaling down the serving size. Very efficient use of ingredients. You can just leave Italian noodles in hit water for a couple of minutes as well. Then you will be able to use the starch water to loosen the sauce 😊 I am doing it on a regular basis because in my area it is hard to buy good quality asian noodles.
