I've tested this with Bluetti EB3W and although the power supply is adequate, the unit generates a massive amount of noise (see the bluetti forums about their products). The ICs used for voltage mgmt and the controllers generate a ton of noise. It's unusable for HF. On my radio the noise was so strong that I was worried about damaging the radio

The giant pancake was because this is meant for a horizontal behind-the-back style of carry and I have no idea what size belt or belts these guys are going to use. Roughly 3" minimum clearance between eyelets so they can use what they have. If it was a different style of carry where I didn't need a really robust way of holding onto a belt through the length of it, taco style would've been a good option.

Maybe in between burning find something to pick up the barrel and shake it so some of the wood will be more exposed to the heat. Usually in a big charcoal plant they stack wood on top of slabs with space of thunder them. And that's where they put the wood at to char the wood on top.

I'm willing to put anything on the table to consider. I'm a retired nurse and I have accepted that the Healthcare system is systemically killing people. I am suspicious of our food system for exactly the reasons that you covered. Basically if I can think of a way to corrupt a resource that I need, it is safe to assume that it is probably a reality. My first training base after basic training was Chanute AFB. This base is right down the road from U of IL. They invented the components of agent orange there and used it on crops as an accellerant until they decided it was better at just killing everything, like weeds. 50 years later, that base and pretty much every other base is a toxic wasteland, superfund site full of multiple chemicals. They never came out and told us either. By the time you put the toxic bases with the cancers, it is years if not decades later and it a lot of work to get the VA to service connect anything. I have had several types of cancer but God gave me the resilience of a cockroach. You made me want to find alternative for my hygiene products. Thank you forcthe info. Funny thing is that the only reason I used Pam was because fat was declared the enemy in the 80's, now I use ghee for all of my cooking because I made so much of it.

I 100% agree with you. Healthcare is about keeping people sick, part of why i think there has been an autism boom. What better way to make money than adults who need round the clock care for 50 adult years? I also agree regarding military bases. A firefighting foam we were all exposed to in Naval Aviation was aqueous film forming foam (AFFF). Apparently its been classified as a major carcinogen, and found in on base/off base drinking/ground water. VA still doesnt recognize it. And yea, it appears that whatever they can corrupt, they will. I appreciate your comments!! Thank you!

@@vonbaconstien760 I remember the issue about the foam. We used to think it was funny when somebody would screw up and the hangar filled with foam until we realized that it was dangerous. We all spent time at the wash rack and had no idea that the solution that we used to clean the aircraft off with was TCE and that the ground was still hot on the flight line because of all of the atmospheric nuclear detonations that they were doing. Nobody was supposed to work more than a week there because of exposure. 40 years later U235 and TCE are still at very high levels in the water and there is a Dr Pepper plant there now.🤦‍♀️

I'm preparing but hoping this 25 day supply thing actually means IF all refining were to stop, we would only have 25 days of diesel. I read we were at one time down to 3 days. But like you, if that happens life will be Mad Max. I contacted a friend yesterday who drives a truck. Not wanting to spread fear I ask if his company had mentioned any upcoming diesel shortage. He told he had not heard this. But, when a reporter point blank asked about diesel shortage, JB guy answered, we plan to send more natural gas to Europe.????? I think having canned meats, vegetables, powdered milk, shortning, & flour, you can make bisquits. Keep some aspirins, bandaides, etc or common things you use. I have packs of BIC lighters, water purification tablets & just bought pills in case the big boom is sent from those countries. I don't know if you have faith, but I have been on my knees about this. Common sense, the shelves are not full, people will have problems heating homes & blackouts & I'm telling myself politicians surely wouldn't let this happen with the abundance of oil we have. But I've learned they can ban us to homes, forbid church & we obeyed. Control the food, control the people. Sorry this is so long. If I hear from my trucker, I will post immediately.

I really appreciate your comment!! I feel the same, folks who dont take a diesel shortage as seriously as a major hurricane are in store for a rough time. We have enough food to get us by 8 to 12 months (family of 5), but still... If there is no diesel how can I get to work? I have about 100 gallons stored and hope that'll be enough to help through temporary shortages, but to be honest if we arent producing diesel (or enough diesel) how can a shortage be temporary? Its crazy to me how these environmentalists are so naive to think that they can remove fuel sources and not revert back to living conditions from the 1600's. The northern hemisphere is literally greener with trees than it has been since before the industrial revolution BECAUSE we dont need to burn wood for heat/cooking. That trend appears to be reverting back. In Poland the trash pickup folks have reported 1/3 less trash because people are saving their trash to burn when it gets colder... Thats crazy to think about in 2022

@@vonbaconstien760 My Advice to You, If your using an AC200P, get a Regular Lifepo4 Battery off of Amazon for way cheaper, it's basically the same thing, the Higher the Volts on the Battery such as 24v,36, 48, the more watts you'll receive to your bluetti. @vonbaconstien760
@vonbaconstien760 2 жыл бұрын
Looking at the product specs it puts out a maximum 10 amps at 12 volts from the 5.5mm x 21mm ports. So it does not seem like you will hit your 15 amp max power from this unit/connector pair. That may be a connector amp limitation, i dont know. I am sure there are larger units which will supply more power, but your tradeoff may be portability. What are your thoughts?
@ornotermes
@ornotermes 2 жыл бұрын
@@vonbaconstien760 Yeah, i figured all 50W radios would draw about the same current when transmitting, but looking closer it appears to be quite some variability. The TYT-9800 claims to draw 8.5A and should be perfectly fine on a 10A output. Yaesu FTM-200 is 11A and Kenwood TM-D710 is 13A so those is not a good idea to try to run at full power. I really like that Bluetti uses LiFePO4 and i will probably get one, looking at the EB70 as it's powerful enough to run some kitchen appliances (but about the same DC outputs). Not being able to use my radio on full power would be an acceptable compromise, but i might test if i can use both small DC outputs in parallell to get more than 10A.

You're deflecting away from Covid 19 by bringing up other issues like China, the economy and obesity that the country is facing. My next door neighbor refuses to get the "ouchy Fauci" and absolutely do not hold him in the same regard as before. He may never get it or maybe never show symptoms and maybe the person he gives it to never does either but then it's given to a couple people with low immune systems and one dies. No, that's wrong and as far as I'm concerned, it's selfish. His 16 year old twins want to get it and he won't allow it and that's not right either. The number of deaths in unvaccinated people is going up every day by a lot. That's not good man, it's not something to be stubborn about.

The point of the video is not to persuade people to get, or not to get, the vaccine. my personal opinion is that it is your body, your choice. I am not the type of person who thinks government compulsion is the answer. If people have concerns then those concerns about the vaccine should be answered instead of ignored. The point of the video was that people should not be turned against one another in the fashion that they are. Unvaccinated are dying in hospitals, that is their choice. We live and die every day by our choices. Sometimes people make bad choices. Your next door neighbor, regardless of if you agree or not, is doing what everyone else is trying to do. Their best. I don't agree with him not letting his kids get it, but they are his kids. Which makes it not my business. I am sure you will disagree, but given the extremely low propensity of a healthy child to get COVID, I don't feel this would, or should, be considered abuse in any form.

Hey, great video! I have a possible suggestion that might make it easier. Warm up that epoxy and keep it warm so that it spreads out on its own over the wood. It looks annoying having to spread out each layer!
