Can someone explain the second layer catacombs puzzle please, I seriously don’t understand what the game is asking me (yes I’m aware your supposed to use the maze map, yes I’m aware it’s not the whole thing just a segment square chunk, and yes I know the diamond location is where your supposed to aim for) but I even knowing all this, I’m completely stumped, and in a much different way than the usual expierneces are of the puzzles

I stumbled upon a newbie guide for this game since I just picked it up also, and found out ea weapon type has a letter grade associated to a dmg type that scales with dmg. Such as S scales very well and D would be very poor as example. Then I learned the max cap per skill is 99, but ea stat has a different soft cap associated to it that offers soft caps b4 you get diminished returns. So your comment about how you wanted to just put all stats in one thing actually would be a big waste after about 50-55 for one. But some it's a waste after like 35. Wont go into details , just didn't want you to get trapped goining 1 stat point per skill point as you lvl up when lower lvls you might get like 26.

First level really great. Lots of diverse conversations representing the type of varied stuff happening in a village/town. Second level: 'STOP! HALT! INTRUDER!' ..or at least that's the impression I got with every interaction.

if your game is loading slow try getting rid of old saves, or moving the game off a hard drive and onto a SSD

Good to see someone picking a build and sticking with it, so many just create curated loadouts per encounter. I've beat the game solo as a druid and paladin and although i haven't seen much of you playing, elixirs of bloodlust are a must.

For anyone that wonders about the logic behind the Old Woman's Visions (Spoilers ahead, obviously), I will try to decypher principles behind it. Keep in mind that in your game, while the solution will remain the same, the corresponding years will most certainly change: - Cubes and Squares (1932 in the video) - Each square is a number. The first shape has one square, the last one has three. - Lines (1938) - Move the lower half to the left. -Intersecting lines (1948) - Count the number of intersections. -Lines with circles (1953) - Rotate the lower half in the direction of the curved line. -Lines forming rectangles (1957) - Count the number of lines. -Thin Rectangles (1960) - Count how many squares would be under the line. -Squares with lines (1962) - Look at the right half of each symbol (I learnt this in The Simpsons lol) -Crossed squares (1973) - Count the triangles - X shapes (1982) - Square number goes up as lines converge. (Honestly can't put it quite succintly).

ok, I know there was a lil bit of hating on the trickster, but I just watched a party of 2 melee and a trickster decimate a Griffen in no time! No idea what spells he used. I found a really fun vocation I think some how you missed, but likely you'll stumble on it again since the guy relocates to a further town after Melve. I'm not sure if I'll stay this the whole time or go back to Theif, they're both really fun.
