This video came to me while I was having a anxiety attack. It was so bad my hands and legs were starting to cramp. Medication, cannabis, "prayer", etc..... only momentarily calms me down if at all. I started to heal from the visuals, that allowed the music to enter my heart. I highly recommend this video and Soft Calm Music ❤
